Wymeswold is situated at the northern boundary of Leicestershire between Nottingham and Leicester. The university and market town of Loughborough is 5 miles to the south west, and the agricultural market town of Melton Mowbray lies 11 miles to the east.

This website is maintained by the Parish Council. It provides an introduction to the services and facilities available to residents of the village.

Job Vacancy - Parish Clerk

A vacancy has arisen for the post of Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer to Wymeswold Parish Council and Burial Board.

The position is contracted for 10 hours a week, working from home, and includes evening meetings of the Parish Council (approximately 11 per year) plus occasional other meetings.
